minimum / maximum advance notice to book

avoid last-minute bookings or appointments scheduled too far into the future

How does it work?

You just set two limits: one for the minimum notice you need and another for the maximum amount of time in the future you want to take bookings. No times will be offered outside those limits.

Why Do You Need It?

If you can react quickly and are free right now, it can be good to get a booking that starts almost straight away. But many people will need at least an hour or two of notice for a new event. Also, for planning purposes, you might want to set a limit for how far in advance people can book your time.

How to use this feature

Use minimum notice to stop people making bookings that start too soon. For example, if you set a minimum notice of 2 hours, anyone looking at your availability at 9am will not see any available times before 11am. Change the drop-down to 'days' to skip whole columns on the grid.

Use maximum advance booking to stop people making bookings that occur too far into the future. If you set a maximum notice of 14 days, anyone looking at your availability will not be able to book further than 14 days into the future.

Keep control over your calendar by preventing people from booking with you too soon or too far into the future.
