fixed start and end dates

take bookings for just a few days.

How does it work?

You can set a start date and/or an end date for your bookings on the advanced tab. If you do, the system won't let anyone book you outside these limits. Turn this feature off by leaving the boxes empty - we return to offering your time on a rolling basis.

Why Do You Need It?

If you need to take bookings for a specific event or across a limited period, this feature will help. Parent/teacher conferences are a good example, where all the bookings need to happen on certain evenings in one week. Or perhaps you have a special offer running for a particular couple of weeks.

How to use this feature

The fixed start and end date for your booking profile are set at the top of the 'advanced' tab.

You can either enter the dates by hand or click on the little calendar icon to open a date picker. The format can either be the simple standard "yyyy-mm-dd" backwards format (e.g. 2013-12-25) or you can enter a date according to your language and country rules.

As soon as you set one or both of these, the system will stop allowing people to book beyond these limits.

To turn them off, just delete the dates in the boxes. We will then go back to showing your availability on a "rolling" basis.

Limit the dates shown on your booking pages to a particular range by setting a fixed start and end dates.
